As of July 31, 2026, BizLink has transferred its Healthcare Robotics business to NIRYO under an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA).

This strategic transition enables BizLink to focus on its core competencies in industrial robotic connectivity, factory automation, and high-performance infrastructure solutions, while Healthcare Robotics continues to grow under a dedicated robotics specialist.

What This Means for You

The transfer has been carefully structured to ensure business continuity.

• Existing customer contracts, active projects, and order backlogs have been transferred to NIRYO.
• ORION and PULSAR technologies, including the associated intellectual property, engineering expertise, and product development activities, are now part of NIRYO.
• Production continues at the established manufacturing facility in Chartres, France, maintaining the same quality standards and medical certifications.
• BizLink will continue to support NIRYO as an industrial supplier of specialized cable assemblies.
